Those who live in the US take for granted the educational programs and services available to individuals with disabilities.  Sadly, this is not the case in many parts of the world, including Guatemala.  The focus of my ministry is working with those who are poor and disabled, who receive little, if any, medical care, and virtually no support services.

How do I do this?

Why do I do this?

My ministry here in Guatemala has 3 major focus areas:

I am privileged to coordinate my work with a number of existing ministries in Guatemala, including Bethel Ministries International, Dick Rutgers, and Hope Haven International.

After a number of short-term mission trips to Guatemala and other Latin American countries, I have developed a great love for the Guatemalan people.  I have been blessed by their friendship and hospitality, and hope to bless them in return.

My purpose:  To glorify God

My desire:  An undivided heart (Ps. 86:11)

My goal: To totally surrender to God, regardless of the cost

My mission: To serve the poor and disabled in Guatemala

My objective:  To love one person at a time as God brings them to me
